The country that gave birth to Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, the incomparable Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot, the birthplace of Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle. Did you heard about Madame Tussauds museum or about the 1st double-decker buses? Not talking about the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace. Of course, England is a huge concern for any traveler.

In 440 BC, the tribes of the Angles with the tribes of Saxons, and Frisians actively migrated to Britain, inhabited in those times by the Celts. There they produced the United Kingdom: Northumbria, Mercia and East England. Later, the above tribes have merged into a union of the Anglo-Saxons, which further led to the formation of contemporary England.
